It is a voluntary opt-in scheme that offers benefits related to free electricity charges on the INDcool 5 STAR 1.5 TON AC (IDCACBF18K5EF), subject to applicable Terms & Conditions.
You can book the AC through the company’s official website (www.indcool.in) by clicking the “Buy Now” button and paying just ₹1/- to reserve your order.
- After booking, a company representative will contact you to verify your order and confirm the payment mode.
- You can complete the full payment on or before 10th April, or opt for Cash on Delivery (COD).
- Delivery will be made within 3 to 5 estimated days after confirmation.
The benefit is limited to ₹2,100 (Rupees Two Thousand One Hundred only) per monthly billing cycle at the place of installation.
Yes. The maximum benefit is ₹2,100 per month. The benefit does not accrue, roll over, accumulate, or carry forward to the next month.
The scheme applies for one cooling season only, which is a maximum of four (4) consecutive months from the date of invoice.
You can book up to two (2) units per Customer Identification.
No. The product is strictly for residential use only and must not be used for commercial, institutional, industrial, or semi-commercial purposes.
No. The scheme benefit is non-transferable, non-assignable, non-refundable, non-convertible into cash, and does not create any vested right to continuation or compensation.
Misuse will result in immediate, automatic, and irrevocable termination of the scheme without any obligation or liability on INDcool.
Any attempt to bypass, alter, manipulate, or tamper with the inbuilt energy meter will result in immediate termination of the scheme and forfeiture of all benefits.
Disputes will first be attempted to be resolved amicably through INDcool’s internal grievance redressal mechanism, and thereafter through consumer or regulatory proceedings if required.
The scheme is governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
